About This Course

This course introduces the five core values that define Samarth’s culture and guide every interaction with the elderly and their families: Respect, Trust, Collaboration, Bias for Action, and Relentless Pursuit of Excellence. Through interactive examples and thoughtful reflection, care counselors are encouraged to connect these values with their daily behaviours and decisions on the ground.

By exploring real-life scenarios and guided questions, learners will understand how to embody these values while providing care that is compassionate, intentional, and dignified. The course helps create alignment between Samarth’s organizational identity and the personal commitment of every care counselor.
