About This Course

This course defines the core responsibilities and impact of a Care Counselor at Samarth. More than just a support role, the Care Counselor is the bridge between the elderly, their families, and Samarth’s care system — ensuring every parent experiences happiness, health, and safety in the comfort of their home. The course breaks down the counselor’s role in building daughter-like trust, identifying needs (spoken and unspoken), and offering timely, coordinated support.

It also highlights the full ecosystem that stands behind the Care Counselor — from Care Leaders and Central Ops to training resources and a support system for counselors’ own families. Through relatable case scenarios and guided reflection, this module prepares Care Counselors to confidently navigate their responsibilities with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism.
